FISH FIRST COURSES
Authentic flavors of the Adriatic meet in our pasta dishes, with offerings ranging from the classic chitarrina with cuttlefish and seafood sauce to risotto alla pescatora with shrimp, mussels and clams. Each dish is a tribute to the seafood tradition of the Teramo area, enriched with fresh, quality ingredients.
MEAT FIRST COURSES
Teramo cuisine takes center stage in our pasta dishes, with specialties such as the famous “scrippelle 'mbusse,” thin crepes in broth, and maccheroni alla chitarra with lamb ragout. Each dish is designed to help you rediscover the authentic flavors of Abruzzo tradition.
FISH SECOND COURSES
Our kitchen offers you the best of the local catch with traditional recipes such as brodetto alla teramana, prepared with mixed fish and local spices. Don't miss the slices of sea bass or sea bream baked with herbs and the grilled stuffed squid, a dish that combines intense and light flavors.
MEAT SECOND COURSES
Meat main courses celebrate local excellence with recipes such as lamb cacio e ova, an iconic dish of the area, and Teramo-style deviled chicken, spiced and cooked to perfection. There is no shortage of classic offerings such as mixed roast and rib-eye steak with sides of seasonal vegetables.
